Organizations are massive webs of relationships. All too often leaders, fundraisers, and even volunteers can get caught in the trap of trying to do all the things, all the time. I help organizations see their blind spots and enable leaders to grow. I provide a supportive, neutral presence that fosters genuine understanding and collaboration.

As a Development generalist, I am particularly skilled at individual giving programs and redesigning events. I have experience in every part of the fundraising process, from data entry and pledge fulfillment to grant writing and event planning. However, my ultimate strength is working with people: supporting fundraisers, activating committee leadership, and prioritizing tasks to accomplish goals.
